Our Story
It Started Within Her Own Circle
In November 2024, Bhaarrtie Nevattia set out to help a small circle of people she knew personally find the right match for their children. Nothing more than that.
Word of mouth did the rest. One family told another, that family told a cousin, and within a year and a half Shubbh Maangal had grown into a community of over a thousand families — and fourteen weddings that began as a phone call to her.
What has not changed is how it works. There is no database to browse, no swiping, no salesperson. Bhaarrtie reads every bio-data personally, remembers who is looking for what, and only suggests a profile when she genuinely believes the two families will suit each other.

You are added to the Shubbh Maangal WhatsApp community — over a thousand families, all referred, all verified. Announcements, invitations to our matchmaking meets and mixers, and good news are all shared here.

Matches Come to You, Personally
Profiles are never dumped into a group for everyone to scroll. Bhaarrtie sends suggestions to you privately, one at a time, only when she thinks there is a real fit.

She Introduces the Two Families
When both sides are interested, Bhaarrtie speaks to each family first, then exchanges the two families' numbers so the parents — and then the couple — can take it forward themselves. She stays available for guidance right up to the wedding.
